Service Advisor

360 Car Maintenance is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage the customer journey from vehicle reception to delivery. The ideal candidate combines automotive knowledge, clear communication, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their concerns, and accurately record service requests.
• Open job cards and document vehicle details, mileage, condition, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians to explain inspection findings and recommended repairs.
• Prepare quotations, explain costs and estimated completion times, and obtain customer approval before work begins.
• Coordinate with the workshop, spare parts team, and cashier to keep jobs progressing.
• Update customers on repair status, additional findings, and any changes to cost or delivery time.
• Confirm quality checks are completed before vehicle handover.
• Explain completed work, invoices, warranty terms, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow up after service, handle concerns professionally, and maintain accurate records in the workshop system.
• Achieve agreed service sales and customer satisfaction targets through suitable recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
• Confidence using workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Experience with American vehicles is an advantage.
