Senior Contract Administration Specialist

• Support the full contract lifecycle, including bid preparation, contract planning, award notifications, contract execution, and post-award administration.
• Assist in the development of contracting strategies, contract plans, risk assessments, bid documents, standard contract templates, and project contracting plans.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication, ensure contract compliance, support project objectives, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze contract-related issues, provide recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, prioritize multiple assignments, and support the achievement of project milestones and business goals.

• Accredited degree or global equivalent in Business, Construction Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management, colleagues, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Strong job-related technical knowledge required to successfully perform role responsibilities.
