Business Strategy Manager

The position of Business Strategy Manager is available to work in the stadiums and events sector. The incumbent is responsible for developing long-term business plans, analyzing growth opportunities, and boosting revenues from tickets, hospitality, sponsorship, events, and various commercial activities.

• Preparing medium- and long-term business growth plans in line with the executive management's objectives.
• Analyze markets and competitors and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Preparing annual business plans, financial forecasts, and targeted performance indicators.
• Developing pricing strategies for tickets, hospitality packages, and commercial offers.
• Analyze demand and the event mix to boost revenue and make use of available assets.
• Preparing financial models and monitoring business performance indicators, occupancy rates and conversion rates.
• Preparing reports for executive management that include an analysis of revenues, risks and business opportunities.
• Coordinating with the operations, finance, marketing and facilities management departments to implement strategic initiatives.
• Explore revenue opportunities from additional technologies, data, and business services.

• Obtain a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, facilities management, sports business, entertainment or hospitality.
• Possessing strong skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience in the sports sector is preferred.
