Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Construction Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background to join our team for the Central Lab Project at KFUPM
. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 18+ years of construction experience with proven expertise in managing institutional, laboratory, educational, or large-scale building projects within the GCC region.

Candidates with previous experience in university or educational facility projects will be highly preferred. Immediate availability or the ability to join ASAP is required.

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material procurement, and site productivity.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction management.
• Strong experience in building construction projects, preferably:
• Universities & Educational Facilities
• Laboratories
• Institutional Buildings
• Commercial or Government Projects
• GCC experience is mandatory, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and site management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

• Previous experience working on KFUPM or similar university projects is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and approval processes.
