Construction Manager - Mechanical

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Construction Manager – Mechanical to lead and oversee mechanical construction activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mechanical construction, site execution, resource management, and project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

• Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities at project sites.
• Oversee installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Review construction plans, method statements, and work procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel effectively.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during construction execution.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in mechanical projects.
• Strong expertise in mechanical construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience in managing large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of international codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
