Compass Project Consulting seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a landmark mixed-use development in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will manage pre-contract and post-contract activities, cost planning, procurement and change control to protect project value.
You will collaborate with design teams, contractors and clients, review BOQs and contracts, and provide accurate cost reporting, risk assessment and final account settlements throughout the lifecycle.
