• StrongunderstandingofEPCexecution,projectcontrolsmethodologies,earnedvaluemanagement,andcontractualrequirements.

• Leadallprojectcontrolsactivitiesincludingplanning,scheduling,cost control,progressmeasurement,forecasting,change management,and reporting.
• Developandmaintainintegrated Level3and Level4schedulesusing Primavera P
  6.
• Monitorprojectperformanceagainstapprovedbudgets,schedules,andcontractualmilestones.
• Establishearnedvaluemanagement(EVM) systemsandprojectperformanceKPIs.
• Prepareandpresentweeklyandmonthlyprojectperformancereportstoseniormanagementandclients.
• Managecostforecasting,estimate-at-completion(EAC),andresourceplanningactivities.
• Coordinatewithengineering,procurement,construction,subcontractors,andclientteamstoensureprojectobjectivesareachieved.
• Supportcommercialandcontractsteamsinchangeordermanagement,claims,andscheduleimpactassessments.
• Identifyprojectrisksandimplementmitigationstrategiestominimizecostandscheduleimpacts.
• Leadandmentorprojectcontrolspersonnelacrosstheprojectteam.
