- Lead all Quantity Surveying, commercial, and cost-control activities for Oil & Gas projects.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts.
- Manage variations, change orders, claims, and EOT-related commercial matters.
- Review and certify contractor/subcontractor payment applications.
- Manage subcontractor commercial activities, valuations, and final accounts.
- Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Contracts, and Finance teams.
- Prepare monthly cost and commercial reports for management.
- Support tendering, procurement, commercial evaluations, and negotiations.
- Ensure accurate measurement, quantity reconciliation, and cost recovery.
- Lead and mentor QS/commercial team members.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, company procedures, and client requirements.
