Delta Valleys Contracting Co. (DVC) is an established construction and geotechnical contracting company with roots dating back to 1987 in Egypt. With an expanding presence across the Middle East, DVC specializes in foundations, piling, shoring, enabling works, infrastructure, and building construction.

DVC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Planning Engineer (Saudi National) to join its Project Controls team in Al Khobar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, evaluating performance, identifying potential delays, and supporting timely project delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed baseline, updated, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project performance indicators.
• Conduct resource loading, manpower planning, productivity assessments, and progress forecasting.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule impact assessments, and delay analysis.
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims through planning records and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Participate in progress meetings and communicate scheduling risks and mitigation measures.
• Support project cash flow forecasting, earned value analysis, and project control activities.

• Saudi National with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, progress measurement, resource planning, and reporting.
• Familiarity with delay analysis, EOT claims, and contractual milestones.
• Experience in piling, shoring, enabling works, infrastructure, or building construction is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and coordinate multiple projects.
