Overview

The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photos that reflect Al-Qadsiah Club’s brand, activities, and identity. The role supports matchdays, training sessions, events, campaigns, and corporate activities, ensuring timely delivery of professional visual content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture professional photographs for matches, training sessions, events, and official activities.
  • Deliver high-quality, edited images aligned with Al-Qadsiah Club’s brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Media, Social Media, and Branding teams to meet content requirements.
  • Provide timely photo coverage for live events and campaigns.
  • Manage photo selection, editing, archiving, and file organization.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across all outputs.
  • Maintain and operate photography equipment and accessories.
  • Support other media activities when required.
Requirements Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2–4 years of professional photography experience, preferably in sports, events, or media environments.
  • Proven experience covering live events and fast‑paced environments.
Skills
  • Strong photography skills with a solid understanding of lighting, composition, and timing.
  • Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Certifications
  • Professional photography certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with sports clubs or professional teams.
  • Experience covering matchdays, tournaments, or large‑scale events.
  • Knowledge of social media image formats and requirements.
  • Basic videography skills are a plus.

Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, or public relations. Previous experience in sports organizations or high‑profile institutions is an advantage.
  • Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging media content. Strong networking and relationship‑building skills. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of media monitoring tools and digital platforms.
  • Certifications:

    Certifications in media relations, public relations, or digital communications are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working with sports clubs, federations, or media agencies. Established network of media contacts, particularly in sports journalism. Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management. Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, or social media.
