Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager to join our team in Al Khobar. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the adoption of our digital transformation solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, proactively addressing their needs, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences and deliver measurable success.

Qualifications
  • Customer relationship management and client success skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution
  • Experience in client onboarding, retention strategies, and customer insights
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, AI platforms, and industrial solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Familiarity with the energy, oil, water, manufacturing, or mining industries is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial SaaS, IIoT, MES, ERP, or operations software
  • Technical background or ability to understand APIs, integrations, and data workflows
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, Gainsight, or similar
