Call Center Representative Job Summary
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Make outbound calls when required
- Record customer interactions and update system information accurately
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in call center or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
