Overview
House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi‑disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO provides a "one‑stop solution" for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, working on residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our Khobar Head Office
.
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare tender and authority approval drawings in compliance with Saudi Building Codes and local regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
- Manage projects from concept to construction stages.
- Provide technical and design support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
