Architectural BIM Modeler

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM modeling and architectural drafting, strong coordination skills, and proven expertise in developing accurate BIM models and technical drawings in compliance with approved concepts, BIM standards, project requirements, and local building regulations.

• Prepare and develop working BIM models based on approved conceptual designs from all disciplines.
• Produce 2D technical drawings from the BIM model in accordance with the architects’ drawing list.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with the design team and other engineering disciplines.
• Review and check all drawings prior to submission at each design stage.
• Ensure full compliance with established BIM standards and project guidelines.
• Coordinate and discuss technical details or design concerns with the relevant responsible parties.
• Develop familiarity with local building regulations and international building standards.
• Compile complete design stage submission packages, including architectural and engineering drawings and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to BIM Modelers on work methodologies and project processes.

• Diploma in Architecture or Drafting.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• REVIT certificate or proven acquired knowledge/experience in BIM modeling through employment and training.
• Proficiency in BIM software, specifically REVIT.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a team.
