Our client, a large Saudi Arabian construction company that has a specialist urban residential section seeks an experienced degree qualified Design Manager.
Responsibilities- Report to the General Manager and set and manage the design brief goals of each project, ensuring all client and resident needs are fulfilled through management of the Project Team.
- Perform value engineering to keep the project on or under budget.
- Present the design brief and detail and report each project's progress to senior management.
- Architectural degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum ten years experience within a real estate environment.
- Valid architectural license.
- Previous experience within the KSA is desirable.
