Reporting To: Design & Projects Management Head.
To lead the architectural design, coordination, and supervision activities for projects, ensuring seamless integration of architectural systems with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. The role focuses on architectural design review and site supervision, including curtain wall and façade systems, interior finishing works, and material selection. The candidate should have extensive experience in Revit-based design management to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated, and constructible designs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural design coordination throughout design and construction phases.
- Review and coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Manage and review façade and curtain wall systems, including shop drawing approvals.
- Oversee interior finishing works, material selection, and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure BIM/Revit model coordination and design accuracy.
- Conduct constructability reviews and provide technical support during project execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor design quality, compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related Engineering discipline.
- Architectural Engineering certification preferred.
- PMP, Revit, LEED Green Associate, or LEED AP certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in façade , curtain wall systems, and finishing works.
- Proven experience managing large-scale mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or residential developments.
- Strong expertise in BIM/Revit coordination, multidisciplinary design management, and construction supervision.
- Experience with in real estate development, façade engineering firms, international consultants, or design-build contractors.
