Family Medicine Senior Registrar will provide comprehensive primary healthcare physically and through telemedicine to individuals and families of all ages, encompassing preventive, acute, and chronic care. Will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education and preventive measures, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, will be responsible for practicing population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery through specific care programs and clinical pathways, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered care and optimizing health outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations and in‑person consultations via thorough patient history and physical examinations with patients experiencing Family Medicine and general medicine complaints.
• Provide healthcare to all family medicine target population across age and gender.
• Provide chronic diseases and preventive care consultations and follow up to patients as per clinical guidelines.
• Utilize video conferencing platforms to assess patient symptoms, review medical history, and perform virtual examinations. Develop personalized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing patient education.
• Deliver high‑quality medical consultations to patients.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual appointments and conduct in‑person assessments as needed.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management, referrals to specialists, and lifestyle modifications.
• Oversee ongoing care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
