m2r Education are working with an International School in Al Khobar who are looking for a Head of Middle School to start in the new academic year.

Join a respected international school in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, offering a high-quality British curriculum education from KG to Grade 12. We are seeking an experienced Head of Middle School to lead both the Boys and Girls Sections to drive academic excellence.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure outstanding teaching and learning, oversee curriculum implementation and provide both students and staff with strategic guidance and support.

• Lead the development and implementation of the Middle School curriculum
• Oversee academic programmes and accreditation processes
• Conduct teacher observations and deliver targeted improvement plans
• Evaluate teaching effectiveness and coordinate professional development
• Monitor attainment, analyse performance data and lead student achievement initiatives
• Implement and track improvement plans for underperforming students
• Support student wellbeing and holistic development
• Communicate the school’s mission, vision and priorities to staff, learners and parents
• Engage with parents, staff and students to address academic concerns and celebrate success

• Master’s degree in Education.
• Minimum5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable school that follows the English national curriculum.
• Minimum5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School.
• Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development and academic supervision.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and administration to enhance school performance.
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
