Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. A well-established international school in Eastern Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Academic Director to lead its academic programmes. This senior leadership role is ideal for an educator with a passion for excellence, strong organisational skills, and a proven record in driving high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement.

• Lead curriculum design, academic programmes, and assessment strategies.
• Mentor and coach faculty, overseeing professional development and performance.
• Monitor student achievement and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and operational planning.

• Master’s degree in Education.
• 5+ years teaching experience in reputable Primary / Secondary School
• 5+ years leadership experience (HOD or Head of School).
• Strong curriculum planning, faculty development, and academic supervision skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in the Middle East preferred
• Not suitable for ESL / EAL Academic Directors
