Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Teachers:
Visit classes to watch teaching methods and give feedback. - Check and approve teacher lesson plans, records, and assignments.
- Train teachers and share modern teaching strategies.
- Monitoring Student Progress:
Track student grades and test results to spot struggling learners early. - Help create extra support programs or tutoring for students who need help.
- Managing Curriculum and Rules:
Design and update course materials to meet school and government standards. - Make sure the school follows educational policies, rules, and schedules.
Required:
- At least ten years of experience in educational administration
- Excellent references from previous employment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Skills Required:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about education and committed to student development.
Preferably a native English speaker or fluent in English.
