We are currently looking for an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join an Oil & Gas construction project in Saudi Arabia for a fixed-term assignment from February to July 2026

Work schedule: 60 hours/week

The Insulation Supervisor will oversee on-site insulation activities, ensuring full compliance with quality, safety (HSE), and project schedule requirements
.

• Supervise and coordinate insulation works on-site
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment
• Support planning and sequencing of insulation activities
• Identify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions
• Communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders

• Must have NACE or ICorr Certification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Insulation Supervisor in Oil & Gas projects
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of insulation systems, materials, and safety standards
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skillsi
• Able to work in challenging construction site environments
