Kasab International Energy Services is seeking a qualified Field Operator to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role is suitable for candidates with practical drilling rig experience and a technical background who are interested in developing their careers in the energy services and drilling operations sector.

The Field Operator will support drilling operations, rig equipment activities, equipment inspections and routine maintenance while following established operational and HSE procedures. • Support daily drilling rig and field operations.
• Operate and assist with drilling rig equipment according to established procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Support routine equipment operation and maintenance activities.
• Follow operational procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HSE requirements and PPE standards.
• Identify and report equipment or operational issues.
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary field teams.
• Support safe and efficient field operations.
• Follow operational schedules and field requirements.

• Diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of practical experience on drilling rigs.
• Familiarity with drilling operations, rig equipment and field procedures.
• Basic understanding of equipment inspection, operation and routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe working practices in drilling and field environments.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to work in demanding field conditions.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work according to operational schedules and field requirements.
