Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead and support major engineering projects in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon, petrochemical, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project experience, and the ability to work independently on complex structural and foundation designs using STAAD Pro.

Responsibilities
:

• Prepare and review engineering studies, design documents, specifications, and technical reports.
• Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete systems using STAAD Pro.
• Provide expert-level input on civil/structural engineering matters for large to mega projects.
• Ensure designs meet applicable international codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Resolve complex engineering issues using sound judgment and thorough understanding of engineering principles.
• Review and approve design packages, drawings, and material selections.
• Lead or coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across different phases of project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Desirable 5 years of professional experience in civil/structural design engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale industrial projects within oil & gas, petrochemical, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro with strong understanding of structural systems and foundation design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, design methods, and construction techniques.
• In-depth understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE, API, ASTM).
