- Knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling)
- Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope
- Able to create BIM model out side the building for road, Oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM model for buildings and outside building scope.
- Implement BIM standards (LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming, work-sharing).
- Understand and implement industry BIM standards.
- Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
- Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
- Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
- 14+ Year of experience in relevant field.
