Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- All local standards like SBC, Aramco, Neom, Marafiq, RC, Health care
- Related international standards like NFPA, Building Codes
- Aware of all local Authorities approval processes like SECO, NWC, Urban development, Municipality, Baladi etc.
- Able to absorb client requirement and match with local codes and standards.
- Scheduling the project and monitor the project is on track throughout.
- Able to review the design
- Able to coordinate among all engineering discipline.
