Subcontractor Administrator

K  is looking for a Subcontractor Administrator to execute subcontracts, purchase goods, services, and supplies, including RFQ inquiries, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation (terms and conditions), and order placement.

Saudi Arabia

• Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East and familiarity with the contracting review process working with the legal department.
• Administration of orders to monitor and manage contractor progress, ensuring timely execution of work. Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and other relevant departments to meet stakeholder requirements and specifications.

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a professional work environment with integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
