Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer / Safety Consultant to support PSM program evaluations, relief and flare system analysis, and hazard identification activities across facility operations. In this role, you will assess system adequacy, identify gaps, and partner directly with client teams to implement improvements aligned with international standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and quantify over pressure scenarios and relief rate requirements.
- Evaluate relief and flare system design, documentation, and installation.
- Stay current with API, ASME, OSHA 29 CFR , and relevant KSA regulatory expectations.
- Develop and confirm process design bases and engineering calculations.
- Audit PSM programs, identify deficiencies, and propose practical corrective measures.
- Support clients in applying and managing the fourteen elements of PSM.
- Participate in PHA, HAZOP, Incident Investigation, and related technical safety reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- Experience with pressure relief analysis or flare system design (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering findings and communicate clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

- Local candidates must hold valid work authorization in the Kingdom.
