Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
One of our clients is seeking a highly experienced Electrical & Automation Sales Director to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and develop strategic customer relationships.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in electrical and automation solutions
. - Strong background working with distributors and channel partners.
- Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and managing key customers.
- Solid understanding of commercial terms and conditions
, including pricing, payment, delivery terms, and contractual elements impacting business performance. - Expertise in sales pipeline development, forecasting, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Strong engineering and market knowledge
, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies. - Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to plan, design, implement, and manage complex projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management (Engineering background preferred).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales within the Electrical & Automation industry.
