Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects
  • Establish and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in alignment with project requirements and organizational standards
  • Set up and maintain BIM project environments, including Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Oversee model coordination and clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks
  • Manage and administer BIM authoring platforms including Autodesk Revit
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other relevant BIM guidelines
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure model integration and data accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows
  • Monitor model quality, data integrity, and adherence to LOD requirements
  • Support project delivery through 3D coordination, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost integration where applicable
  • Develop and manage BIM content libraries, templates, and families
  • Report BIM performance metrics to senior management and recommend process improvements
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3–5 years in a BIM leadership role
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing BIM workflows and Common Data Environments from project initiation to close-out
  • Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM 360
  • Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards
  • Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution
  • Ability to develop BIM standards, templates, and automation strategies

    Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with 4D/5D BIM tools and integration with scheduling and cost management systems
  • Professional certifications in BIM management or Autodesk tools are an advantage
