Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a minimum of 22 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong Civil Engineering background with proven expertise in overseeing complex infrastructure works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects in accordance with quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

The position is for a major Redevelopment Project in Al Khobar involving infrastructure, utilities, roads, drainage, and associated civil works.

• Lead and manage all phases of infrastructure project execution from planning through completion.
• Oversee construction activities related to roads, utilities, drainage systems, sewer networks, water supply, and site development works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, construction plans, and engineering deliverables.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high construction and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 22 years of experience in infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in:

  • Proven GCC experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
• Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting software.

• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on large-scale urban redevelopment or government infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Saudi codes, standards, and authority approval processes.
