QC Preservation Piping Inspector Fadhili

Job Summary

The QC Preservation Piping Inspector is responsible for ensuring proper preservation, protection, and maintenance of piping systems in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements during construction, storage, and pre-commissioning phases within the oil & gas industry.

• Monitor and inspect preservation activities for piping materials, spools, and installed systems
• Ensure preservation methods comply with project specifications, ITPs, Saudi Aramco standards, and applicable codes
• Verify cleanliness, flushing, drying, nitrogen purging, and protection of piping systems
• Inspect storage, handling, and installation practices to prevent corrosion, contamination, or damage
• Review and verify preservation records, checklists, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and pre-commissioning teams to ensure preservation requirements are maintained
• Identify non-conformances related to preservation activities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Participate in audits, walkdowns, and client inspections
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during preservation activities
• Support turnover and handover documentation related to piping preservation

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry
• Proven experience as a QC Inspector – Piping Preservation
• Strong knowledge of piping preservation techniques and industry standards
• Saudi Aramco approval preferred
