E&I Project Engineer

Summary:

The E&I Project Engineer will play a critical role in overseeing electrical and instrumentation activities on a major industrial project in Ras Al Khari. This position is essential for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of project deliverables across all phases—from installation to commissioning. The engineer will act as a key liaison between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams, driving adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The role demands strong technical expertise, hands‑on experience in industrial environments, and the ability to manage complex site operations while maintaining high‑quality outcomes.

• Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with approved technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning processes.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project implementation.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in E&I projects within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, EPC, or construction environments.
• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and project coordination.
• In‑depth knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced site environment.
• GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly advantageous.
• Valid Iqama and immediate availability are preferred.
