Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a welding team, ensuring all projects adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct thorough inspections of welds utilizing advanced NDT methods to guarantee structural integrity and compliance with industry specifications.
- Develop and implement welding procedures and techniques to optimize efficiency and minimize material waste, driving cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot complex welding issues, providing innovative solutions and technical expertise to ensure minimal downtime and project delays.
- Possesses a Bachelor or Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational educational base for technical understanding.
- Must have prior experience in Aramco Oil and Gas EPC projects.
- Must be Aramco approved.
- Holds a relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME), showcasing commitment to professional standards and industry recognition.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on welding experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Exhibits proficiency in various welding processes (e.g., SMAW, GTAW, GMAW).
