Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Team Engineer (F/M/D) to join our team at Innomotics

• Perform activities at sites (customer facilities), such as commissioning, maintenance (preventive, corrective and/or predictive), troubleshooting, retrofit, system upgrades, conduct trainings and all product‑related activities of Innomotics MV drives.
• Deliver continuous technical support to customers as well as internal stakeholders such as customer care center, sales representatives, project managers.
• Deliver detailed and professional reports for each attended service, submitting it as well as all associated information on time.
• Ensure following Innomotics standards and mainly, precautions and responsibilities related to EHS.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with Innomotics confidentiality guidelines.
• Availability to travel (national and international trips) as required by the nature of the position.
• Customer‑oriented mindset that ensures high satisfaction and differentiates Innomotics service.

• Educational background in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• 2‑5 years of certified experience.
• Experience with MV systems such as Variable Frequency Drives, HV motors, distribution transformers, and MV switch gear.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and a positive attitude to work on teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
