Client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (CSA, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation).

Mining & Metals Oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, refinery, water treatment, or manufacturing facilities

Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

• KSA–based candidates highly considered
• Bachelors / Honours / master’s degree
• 10–15+ years experience
• Strong background in earthworks, civil, structural, and architectural works
• Proven pre‑award and post‑award experience, including IFC measurement and on‑site measurement
• Saudi Arabia experience preferred; solid Middle East experience required on industrial projects mining, energy sectors etc
• Initially regional office–based, progressing to site-based roles in KSA

• IFC drawing measurement & BOQ preparation
• Tender evaluation & commercial analysis
• On‑site measurement & valuation
• Variations, orders & claims management
• Cost control, forecasting & reporting
• Final accounts & subcontractor management

• Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
• Effective communication with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Ability to work across office and site environments
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure
• Adaptable, proactive, and team‑oriented
