Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Monitor the quality of installation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Review and interpret shop drawings and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards, SBC 801 requirements, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.
Conduct system inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare technical, maintenance, and work progress reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), and risk management requirements.
Monitor performance and readiness of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, FM200, CO₂, Fire Pump, and related fire protection systems.
Support project handover activities and ensure all documentation is properly completed and maintained.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, FM200 Systems, CO₂ Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps, and Control Systems.
- Good knowledge of NFPA standards, SBC 801, and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
- Ability to supervise technical teams and manage field operations.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good command of English and ability to understand technical manuals and NFPA standards.
- Preferred age: 30–35 years.

- OSHA or NEBOSH Certification
