Job Summary
Responsible for designing and delivering ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT infrastructure solutions for buildings and data centers.
The role combines 70% technical design and engineering with 30% commercial strategy and pre‑sales activities.
Act as the technical anchor responsible for the full project lifecycle including site surveys, solution design, OEM coordination, pricing negotiation, and technical implementation oversight.
Design integrated ELV and ICT infrastructure solutions including Data Center infrastructure, IP‑CCTV, Access Control systems, Public Address (PA/PAVA), and Meeting Room AV solutions.
Conduct site surveys and infrastructure assessments to evaluate readiness including power, cooling, cabling, and acoustic mapping requirements.
Prepare High‑Level Design (HLD), Low‑Level Design (LLD), riser diagrams, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
Ensure system interoperability and integration between multiple platforms such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and IoT systems.
Perform technical audits and ensure project implementation aligns with approved architectural design.
Lead technical pre‑sales activities, including solution presentation, Proof of Concept (POC), and technical discussions with clients.
Support tender and RFP submissions by providing technical solutions and design documentation.
Optimize solutions through value engineering to balance technical requirements with project profitability.
Coordinate with OEM partners and vendors for product selection, pricing negotiations, and technical support.
Monitor project progress during implementation and ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and implementation engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
B.E. /
B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in technical design or pre‑sales roles within system integration projects.
Experience working with large system integrators or OEM companies such as Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Bosch.
Strong experience in Data Center infrastructure (UPS, cooling, cabling).
Expertise in IP‑CCTV, Access Control Systems, Public Address (PA/PAVA), and Meeting Room AV solutions.
Ability to perform site surveys, solution architecture design, and infrastructure planning.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure including Layer 2/3 switching, PoE design, and IP schema planning.
AutoCAD – Mandatory
MS Visio – Mandatory
Knowledge of BIM / Revit – Preferred
BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)
CDCP / CDCS (Certified Data Center Professional / Specialist)
AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
Cisco CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification
OEM certifications from Axis, Honeywell, Bosch, Milestone, or Crestron.
