CSI Global is establishing a specialized TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) Technical Unit in the Eastern Region to support major projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking ambitious and detail-oriented Saudi Mechanical Engineers to build this team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates and junior engineers to become experts in the critical field of HVAC system performance.

You will be part of a comprehensive, structured training program led by industry veterans, designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hands‑on experience to become a certified TAB professional. • Actively participate in a structured training program covering TAB theory, standards (AABC/NEBB), and practical fieldwork.
• Assist senior engineers and technicians in performing on‑site testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems (air and hydronic).
• Learn to use and operate specialized TAB instrumentation, such as air data meters, flow hoods, and manometers, to collect accurate performance data.
• Meticulously record and document field measurements and observations.
• Assist in the analysis of test data and the preparation of detailed TAB reports for clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with project and commissioning teams to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system performance issues.
• Adhere to all project safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Saudi National (this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach.
• A genuine interest in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Hands‑on attitude with an eagerness to work in both office and field environments.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province.
