Purposeof the Position
As Procurement QC Supervisor, you will be part of the Inspection Team within the POSE department. You will support the activities necessary to fulfill the Contractor’s and Client’s QC requirements while procuring materials from vendors in compliance with corporate and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Review the Project Procurement QA/QC Scope of Work, Aramco Schedule Q and Project Specifications.
- Support various engineering disciplines for queries related to suppliers' inspections and tests during the procurement phase.
- Review the Material Requisition to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
- Review and approve the Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
- Coordinate with the vendor, Engineering & NDT Level III for the submission and approval of relevant procedures (NMR).
- Prepare and submit the Inspection Assignment Package (IAP).
- Organize and conduct pre‑inspection meetings.
- Monitor and ensure inspection coverage and coordination with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with third‑party inspection agencies.
- Manage NCRs and Punch lists.
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement QC Supervisor within the Oil & Gas field or industry.
- Comprehensive English language proficiency.
- Root Cause Analysis skills and knowledge of NDE techniques and application.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and SAP.
- Permanent contract with fixed term of 1 year, renewable.
