District Geologist

District Geologist adopt discovery-oriented mentality to leads teams and programs toward discoveries and exceptional acquisitions. Implement efficient exploration programs and evaluate proposed projects. Formulate short and intermediate term business plans; ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy. District Geologist is reponsible from exploration activities over a significant district to continuity of works required.

• Range of exploration terrains or belts (at least
  2) and significant knowledge of at least 2 commodities, understanding a further 2 or significant depth of knowledge in single commodity or exploration process
• At least 2 or 3 major classes of mineralization
• Full range of exploration methods and processes known, chooses the most effective
• Budgeting and finance skills
• Knowledge of several deposits from extensive field visits or minesite secondments
• Deduces three-dimensional geology from geophysical and geochemical information
• Visualizes describes and defends 3D geological ore body models for most target commodities
