Job Summary

The Supervisor – Mechanical (Rotary) is responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting, and repair of rotary equipment used in Oil & Gas projects. The role ensures that all rotary equipment activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Supervise installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of rotary equipment.
• Oversee maintenance activities for pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, motors, and other rotating machinery.
• Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications and approved procedures.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, construction, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct equipment inspections and verify installation quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Prepare daily work schedules, progress reports, and maintenance records.
• Support shutdown, turnaround, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience as Supervisor – Mechanical (Rotary).
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and rotating equipment.
• Experience in EPC, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, or construction projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
