Your impact by- Managing customer projects end‑to‑end across the full project lifecycle, from handover through final acceptance, with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, EHS and customer satisfaction.
- Actively steering project planning, execution, monitoring and control in line with PM@Siemens standards.
- Managing risks, opportunities, changes and claims, including identification of mitigations and commercial impacts.
- Coordinating cross‑functional and cross‑regional project teams, including engineering centres, partners and subcontractors.
- Supporting proposal, contract clarification and customer discussions by contributing project execution know‑how and solution understanding.
- 10+ years of experience in solution or automation project execution, with several years acting as fully accountable Project Manager for medium to large, cross‑organizational projects.
- Strong mastery of project management across the full lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting and governance according to PM@Siemens standards.
- Proven competence in risk and opportunity management, change management, claim management and contract interpretation, including identification of commercial impacts and mitigation strategies.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation and process control solutions, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLC and HMI‑based systems.
- Hands‑on project exposure to Siemens automation and digitalization products and systems such as SIMATIC PCS 7 (DCS), SIMATIC S7 (PLC), WinCC / HMI systems, and integration of industrial communication technologies.
- Familiarity with functional safety concepts and standards (e.g. IEC 61508) as applied in automation projects.
- Strong commercial and financial project understanding, including cost controlling, cash flow, invoicing, forecasting and collaboration with commercial project management and finance functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including customers, internal engineering teams, global engineering centres, suppliers and partners, without direct line management responsibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions and Siemens capabilities clearly to customers.
- High level of intercultural competence and experience working in international, virtual and cross‑regional project environments.
- Fluency in English for professional project communication; ability to operate confidently in customer meetings, reviews and negotiations.
