Process Engineer; Arabic Speaker

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Process Engineer (Saudi National – Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Industrial Digitalization Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Mining, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will support digital transformation, advanced process control, and process engineering projects while serving as the primary client‑facing engineering interface.

• Act as the primary Arabic‑speaking interface between clients and the project team.
• Collaborate with client process, operations, engineering, and IT/OT teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in process studies, engineering calculations, and process performance analysis.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions.
• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
• Support system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
• Coordinate project activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct end‑user training and prepare operating manuals and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client engineering standards, project procedures, and quality requirements.
• Travel to Ma'aden sites and other client locations across Saudi Arabia, or internationally when required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in Process Engineering within one or more of the following industries:
  Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial Manufacturing.
• Experience working in client‑facing engineering environments is preferred.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
• Native/Fluent Arabic and Professional English communication skills are mandatory.
• Only Saudi Nationals can apply.
• Understanding of process engineering calculations and process control fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Mass & Energy Balances.
• Ability to apply engineering principles including thermodynamics, fluid flow, heat transfer, and process control in industrial applications.
• Familiarity with Advanced Process Control concepts.
