Responsibilities- Under direct supervision, develop technical interpretation and operational assistance skills at the wellsite during frac operations.
- Assist in pre‑job planning, field level execution, and post‑job documentation.
- Work alongside operations to develop equipment‑based knowledge.
Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline is required. Knowledge to be built through courses including Pressure Analysis while pumping, fracture mechanics, rock and fluid mechanics, and diagnostic pumping.
