Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive landscape architectural plans integrating hardscape and softscape elements with civil engineering principles for optimal site functionality and aesthetics.
- Conduct thorough site analysis including topographical surveys, soil testing, and environmental assessments to inform design decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
- Oversee the construction phase of landscape projects coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect (LA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil landscape engineering or design.
- Proven experience in designing and managing complex landscape and civil infrastructure projects.
