Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in managing complex interfaces, coupled with exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills. In addition, the individual should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, ownership, and performance, with the ability to effectively navigate and resolve interface-related challenges.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across multiple teams and regions.
- Manage project interfaces between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support project alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and communication between project teams and senior management.
- Monitor project schedule, risks, progress, and delivery performance.
- Support project governance, reporting, and change management activities.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between global delivery centres and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
- Experience preferably in EPC/EPCM/PMC project environments.
- Strong experience in project coordination, interface management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working on major capital projects within multinational environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
