- Perform hydraulic calculations to determine the appropriate water supply and pressure for fire suppression systems
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred, showcasing commitment and expertise in fire safety.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fire protection design or consulting within construction or engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards, demonstrating an understanding of industry best practices.
