This position reports to:
Operations Manager In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and execute DCS engineering activities in service projects with medium to high complexity, according to Standard work instructions, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers.

This role contributes to the SA-OPC Business Line within the Middle East region. The position supports engineering activities and project execution while collaborating with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and Business Development teams, to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Efficiently Lead medium to high complex projects comprising of all disciplines
* Evaluate, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures to perform Engineering assignments in projects.
* Assists in preparing proposal/presentation of service engineering projects/programs.
* Identify customer (internal or external) requirements, analyze and document as-is process and process interfaces, discover process gaps, design to-be integration in collaboration with business resources.
* Creates work plans and cost estimates for overall scope and ensures quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost.
* Mentor & guide the team through the project aspects.
* Provides technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities.
* Collaborate with business & other IT teams to deliver solutions within timeline.
* Assist customer and technical issues, interacts with official contracts.
* Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes.
* Interact with various stakeholders understand the customer demands, update self with latest trends and technologies used in process automation domain.
* Understanding of the complete project life cycle including project deliverables is must.
* Collaborates on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors.
** Experience

Required:

*** 8-10 years’ experience in Process Automation especially in the field of Large Oil & Gas / Refineries / Petrochemicals complexes
* Experience in High complex DCS Architecture which involves multiple systems and interfaces with third party systems.
* Experience on DCS
- Retrofits, Upgrades, Service and Commissioning.
* Experience in Virtualization concepts, ESXi Setup, Raid configuration and VMware Configuration.
* Experience in configuring Mac Afee epo, WSUS.
* Having ABB legacy system(Advant, Safeguard, Infi
90, SCADAVantage) experience can be an advantage.
* Work experience in projects with customers from multiple geographical areas /multi-cultural is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s Degree – Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & communications
