    • Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs to inform decision-making and improve performance outcomes.
    • Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.
  • Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
    • Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures that ensure fiscal integrity and transparency.
    • Lead audits and ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards.
    • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies across project phases.
  • Board & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Represent the SPV in Board meetings, partner briefings, and financial reviews.
    • Manage relationships with auditors, legal advisors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
    • Drive alignment between SPV operations and partner / shareholder expectations.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with the long-term needs of the SPV.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and operational excellence.
