Treasury Supervisor at AlQahtani Holding

• Oversee the preparation of cash forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Review and approve all treasury documentation before sending them for final management approval.
• Manage company liquidity and ensure sufficient funds for all obligations.
• Monitor credit facilities’ utilization and maintain accurate updated reports.
• Review letters of credit and bank guarantees and ensure compliance with applicable terms.
• Prepare periodic reports for Finance Management (Bank Utilization, Loan Schedules, Cash Flow).
• Supervise and ensure proper utilization of Kyriba across all subscribed modules (Cash Management, Payments, Investments, Bank Connectivity, Forecasting, Reporting).
• Enhance treasury procedures and improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Ensure all treasury processes comply with corporate financial policies and audit requirements.
• May be assigned additional tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• 5 – 7+ Years

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver written and oral presentations.
• Advanced financial analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multigoal team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage.
